Hygienic cleaning is just so important! We totally identify with the importance and pleasure of neat, tidy and hygienic surroundings. And because quality cleaning is absolutely crucial, we regularly carry out intensive deep cleaning of the apartment.

COVID UPDATE

While cleanliness has always been a top priority, both for hosts and guests, right now it is an especially critical, urgent and important issue due to the risk of spreading infection. Based on CDC recommendations, an extensive cleaning followed by disinfection of all elements and surfaces is necessary between reservations, due to which gaps between stays (check-ins and check outs) will be increased, as per requirements.

As a social distancing measure, we are happy to offer a system for self check-in and check out.

In order to help guests maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and hygiene, the apartment will be well-stocked with all the essential amenities, as well as cleaning appliances and products, plus some thoughtful extras like hand sanitizer, disposable gloves, wipes, extra towels and sheets..

In between guest stays, we follow a comprehensive checklist to ensure that we consistently achieve our cleanliness standards. Our mission is to provide a fresh and spotless holiday home; physically, chemically and bacteriologically clean; ready for your arrival.

A freshly cleaned house… hygienic cleaning for your health & happiness!

Long-term employees carefully implement our cleaning service, using eco-friendly and pet-safe, non-toxic products. We use a heavy duty steam cleaner to complement the sanitation process and finish with a thorough disinfection of all the elements and surfaces of the apartment.

We replace or replenish every item of house linen for each new stay; fresh cushion covers, floor mats… for your sanitation and safety.

Cleaning charge per stay:

The cleaning supplement of 65€ is a one time fee that is charged per stay. It includes the preparation of the apartment for your stay with a thorough hygienic cleaning and disinfection of all elements and surfaces of the apartment, replenishing of amenities, clean bed and table linen, cushion covers, floor mats, towels, etc. so that everything is ready for your stay.

Optional domestic help / cleaning during your stay:

If you need a cleaner or domestic help like cooking or ironing during your stay, please let us know and we will help you to contact a trusted professional. The rate is 30€ for two hours (consult reduced rate for longer hours).

Cleaning time block between check out and check-in on the same day and offering flexibility for entering or leaving the apartment, whenever this is possible

The official check-in time is 16:00 and the official check out is by 11 AM (11:00), but we can offer you flexibility with an earlier check-in or a later check-out, if possible. But please note that this depends on check-in and check-out times of previous or next guests, as well as the cleaning logistics for maintaining our hygienic cleaning standards. Please let us know in advance in order to make arrangements.

Please remove all garbage before you vacate the apartment. Bins are located to the right of the building, opposite the main entrance.

No smoking inside the home, smoking is only permitted in the open-air front balcony (please use ashtray provided to dispose of your cigarette butts

Please wash your dishes after use. Please use the oven liners provided for the baking tray. This allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

Please be careful with the furniture and objects in the apartment and in case of any breakage or damage, please report it immediately in order to give us reaction time before the entry of the next guests.

Thank you for removing sun screen / sand before using the bed linen, this helps us to maintain our standards and provide quality linen.
