SICTED Tourism Quality Certificate


In 2022 ShoreHouse Playa Honda Seafront Apartment was awarded the SICTED diploma by the Secretary of State for Tourism in recognition of our commitment to continuous quality improvement, after verifying compliance with the parameters established in the Integral System for Tourist Quality.

Promoted by the Ministry of Tourism with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), SICTED works with more than 32 categories of companies and touristic services including hotels, restaurants, sports facilities and public transportation, with the objective of ensuring the quality of touristic destinations and to guarantee the positive experience and satisfaction of its visiting tourists.

The SICTED award certifies our compliance with the requirements of the SICTED methodology and the quality of the systems through procedures and working methods that ensure a consistent delivery of this quality with continuous improvement.

What is SICTED?

A quality control project implemented by the office of the Spanish Secretary of State for Tourism that aims to achieve a homogeneous quality level in all services provided to tourists at a destination in Spain. It brings together tourism-related establishments and services from a wide range of different categories in order to enhance the visitor’s experience of the destination.
